Telemedicine Appointment Information

telemedicine benefits

Telemedicine is the use of computer information technology to facilitate real-time videoconferencing between you and the psychiatrist. Telemedicine has been demonstrated to be as clinically effective as face-to-face counseling sessions, demonstrating similar or improved levels of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.  Telemedicine is a safe and convenient way to have your appointment from the comfort of home, office, or any private location with a computer, webcam, and Internet access.

appointments

Currently all appointments are conducted via telemedicine with very limited exceptions. New patient appointments may be conducted in person if arranged for in advance. Current patients may request in person appointments as well. Please note that in person appointment availability is much more limited than telemedicine.

The video conferencing link can be accessed in the appointment confirmation email. Please contact the office if you are having any difficulty finding the link to sign into your appointment.
